Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Order details — name, email, shipping address, and payment confirmation, collected by Shopify when you check out. We never see or store your card number; payment is handled entirely by Shopify and its payment providers.
• Waitlist email — if you join the drop list, your email is stored as a customer record in our Shopify account and used to announce releases. Nothing else is attached to it.
• Usage & advertising data — the site uses Vercel Analytics (aggregate, cookie-free page metrics) and, where enabled, the Meta pixel and X pixel to measure whether our ads work. Pixels may set cookies and share page visits and purchase events with those platforms under their own policies.

Who processes it

We share data only with the services that run the store: Shopify (checkout, customer records), Printful (receives your name and shipping address to print and ship your order), Vercel (hosting and aggregate analytics), and — for advertising measurement — Meta and X. We never sell your personal information.

Email & marketing

You only get marketing email if you joined the drop list or opted in at checkout. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, or write to us and we'll remove you by hand. Transactional email (order and shipping confirmations) is sent regardless, by Shopify.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and CCPA), you can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and object to or restrict its processing. Email hello@halvinghouse.shop and we'll handle it within 30 days. You can also control pixel cookies through your browser settings and the ad preferences on Meta and X.

Retention & changes

Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require; waitlist emails are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll update this page and the date below.
