Shipping & Returns

Every piece is printed to order — made when you claim it, never pulled from a warehouse. That shapes both how fast it ships and how returns work.

Production

Orders are produced by our print partner (Printful) at the facility nearest you. Most pieces are printed in 2 to 5 business days after you order. Because nothing exists until you order it, production time is separate from — and comes before — shipping time.

Shipping windows

  • United States — free standard shipping. Typically 3 to 7 business days in transit after production, so plan on roughly one to two weeks from order to delivery.
  • Europe / EU — rates shown at checkout. Orders are usually fulfilled from a European facility; typically 5 to 10 business days in transit after production. Where import VAT or duties aren't collected at checkout, they're the recipient's responsibility.
  • Everywhere else — rates and estimates shown at checkout; transit times vary by destination and customs.

You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships. Around drops and holidays, production can run a few days longer.

Returns & exchanges

Because every piece is made to order, we don't hold stock and returned items can't be restocked. Here's how we handle it:

  • Damaged, defective, or misprinted — on us, always. Email hello@halvinghouse.shop within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll replace it or refund it in full. No return shipping, no questions.
  • Wrong size or change of mind — email us within 30 days of delivery. Unworn, unwashed pieces in original condition can be exchanged or refunded; return shipping for change-of-mind returns is on you. Check the fit guide first — our cuts run oversized.
  • EU & UK customers — nothing here limits your statutory rights, including the 14-day right of withdrawal where it applies.
