The store

Halving House sells made-to-order apparel. Checkout and payment are handled by Shopify; production and shipping are handled by our print partner (Printful). Product images are mockups and worn shots — colors can vary slightly between screens and garment dye lots.

Orders & pricing

An order is an offer to buy; it's accepted when we send the order confirmation. We may cancel and refund any order — for example on suspected fraud, pricing errors, or an address we can't ship to. Prices are in US dollars unless shown otherwise and can change at any time; taxes and (outside the US) shipping are calculated at checkout. Discount codes apply only per their stated terms and can be withdrawn. Because each piece is produced on demand, drops and colorways can end or change without notice.

Shipping & returns

Production times, delivery windows, and the full returns policy live on the Shipping & Returns page and form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, copy, and branding on this site belong to Halving House. Buying a garment gives you the garment — not a license to reproduce or resell the artwork.

Liability

The site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that can't legally be excluded, or limits consumer rights that apply where you live.

Governing law & changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the business is established, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live. We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies. Questions: hello@halvinghouse.shop.
